SHIPMENTS & RETURNS

Delivery: 

For delivery within the Netherlands: according to general domestic shipping costs. 

We aim to deliver orders within 2-5 business days, but often they are delivered within 2 business days. 

Shipping to Belgium, Germany, France, and Spain: according to general shipping costs for international orders. 

Returns: 

You can return online purchases from COVERED within 14 days, provided that: 

The return form is included. 

The items are unworn and the return shipment is sufficiently stamped. 

Items from the sale collection cannot be returned. If you do return them, you will not receive a refund. These items will be stored at the location for 1 week. If you do not contact us within 30 days, they will be considered lost. 

The return costs are at your own expense. 

No refund is provided for altered abayas. 

If the item returned to us was purchased more than 19 days ago (14+5 days), you will not receive a refund. 

Free shipping with a promotion amount: 

Free shipping promotions apply as communicated. If the purchase amount falls below the promotion amount after returning items, shipping costs will still be charged.
